This is a three valve King (H.N. White Co.) Fanfare trumpet in Bb - Lacquered Brass c.1960.  Rings are provided for holding a banner. Trumpet dis-assembles for storing in case.  Note the finger loops on both sides of the valve cluster (pinky and thumb?)
