19th Century Copper
Samovar This
striking copper samovar is thought to be Russian or possibly from
Kazakhstan or another Central Asian country. The faucet is brass
with a bone trimmed handle. The side handles are
wood-possibly ebony to protect against the heat. The interior of
the samovar is tinnned to protect taste of the liquid and incorporates
a central chimney for the glowing embers used to heat the liquid.
