This is a large Kelim bag used by nomads to carry their bedding or personal items when traveling between seasonal pastures with their flocks of sheep or goats.   The bag features an all over burgundy field  covered with an exquisite and detailled design using bright red and white highlights (see detail photo).  There are two looped handles used to tie bag to a camel or donkey. The workmanship on this bag is of the highest quality and obviously intended to serve the weavers use for many years.   This bag would makes a stunning wall hanging (where I had it for several years!)
